Batteries won’t work if not you do not use them u got to jump them and this app is being weird

The failure to repair this app renders the drone useless. Do not spend your money with this company as they don’t honor support of their products. Buyer beware!

My breeze drone had a battery that went bad and I only had 1 so it got put on the shelf for a year and I finally got a new battery. The drone was working great when it was last used and should of worked with battery replacement but when I got it powered up my phone did an update on the app and now when I open app then hit the Next button to get it up and running it just disappears. The last update from 4 years ago makes the drone useless. Why has the app not been fixed? Planed obsolescence it seems like.

I have attempted to download the app to multiple devices with no luck. The app keeps crashing and I am in able to fly my drone anymore. I believe the app is no longer supported by Yuneec. Not good :(

The app keeps dropping out as soon as it connects to the drone. Ridiculous application doesn’t even work one star is the least I could give it.

Spend 300 plus dollars on the drone cam! The. they completely abandoned the buggy application to operate it!!!!

When this drone came out, it was marketed as a good hobby drone. Many customers jumped at the opportunity to buy this drone as it was in many big box stores (best buy, Walmart). Now Yuneec has decided that this drone is no longer worth it and has stopped updating the app. It doesn’t matter that there are a ton of these drones out there that are still functional. They just decided it wasn’t worth it. Thanks Yuneec. DJI all the way now.

What happened that the app just crashes

Well wanted to use my Drone and the app keeps crashing. Guess I can use the drone for a door stop.

Updated 6/8/22: This app is actually working today. I thought I would try it out again after my drone sitting in my closet for a couple of years not being able to be used because for some reason the app would not work. But I thought about just trying it out today again and today it seems to work. Apple and Yuneec please continue to work together to keep this app working, it’s no fun having a drone that requires this app in order to work when the app won’t work. ————————————————- I cannot fly my drone anymore because this Breeze Cam app keeps crashing. I contacted Yuneec Customer Support about this and this was their response. “Unfortunately that drone is discontinued. We no longer support the app. A third party company is working on updating the app to be compatible with the newest version of IOS. Updates will be announced when available”

It makes sense why this happens mainly cause this app hadn’t been updated for 4 years so that’ll happen but I’d still like to fly the thing

Man I bought this drone from someone and saw them flying it, and when I started to try and fly it, every time I open the app it closes immediately I mean I can’t even try to hurry and go to settings it kicks off, is it anyway you can fly without the app???? If not can you guys fix the app please it’s like my money is gone, and I wouldn’t sell anyone something that doesn’t work properly, because this is America and we should treat the person that’s spending their hard earned money right!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW GUESS IM S.O.L

Can not use drone app shuts down rite after opening to controls

It was bad it kicked me out many times and never got to use it don’t waste your money on this

Flew this drone several time. Had an issue with one of the batteries and was not able to return it. Now the app on my phone crashes. Can not recommend.

all you have to do is take a drill battery and hook the wires up to it for a few seconds to charge it because it’s too dead and then put it in your charger and then it will work

My app crashes every time I open it if I disconnect my drone and re install the app it’s fine but as soon as my drone connects the app crashes

Garbage, app crashes, no customer service, avoid anything yuneec product.

App will connect to drone but immediately after hitting next on the loading screen it crashes and disconnects from the drone. I have restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem reappears every time. Please fix

The app crashes. Fix it!!!Update it so it will work with apple. The app literally crashes as soon as it’s shows the camera feed.

Like most others have said, they have abandoned the only app used for the Breeze. Now, we all own a useless chunk of plastic. I own a big DJI already. Guess I need to ask Santa for a Mavic to replace this piece of garbagio’.

So every time I try to open the app it crashes. Could y’all update the app please. I’m trying to download videos that are saved on the app.

The app crashes after 2 seconds and vendor response is it will not be fixed, you need to upgrade to a new drone.

Yuneec has decided to abandon this software despite many users and drones still flying. The app crashes when trying to access the camera in iOS 15 upon loading.

App force closes every time I open it, absolute garbage.

This was an incredible drone. I broke my first one and got another. Just like everyone else is saying, the app crashes on every device I’ve tried. Since there are reviews about this from a year ago, I am not feeling very confident that an update will happen. I cannot afford another one so I have an expensive drone that won’t work. The developers should at least respond to these reviews and tell us whether there’s any hope.

App Needs updated! It keeps crashing on my phone and I cannot fly the drone of the app is crashing.. Loved the Yuneec brand when I first got it but now hesitated on buying another yuneec brand after this

It won’t work

Sure would be nice to actually be able to use the drone with the app. Constant crashes. Deleted and reinstalled many times. Started working then constant crashed while drone in air. Better hope my drone doesn’t get ruined based on your inability to make an app

app crashes after about 30 secs

I’ve had my drone for over a year but can hardly use it because the app crashes upon opening.

I purchased my first to me real Drone 2016. I was on top of the world until I crashed it, then just last year was hoping to regain that feeling of fun and accomplishment. I purchased another one to replace my first. I have iPhone pro now. The app want stay open. It crush my heart and money gone. Whhhhhyyyy 🥲🥲😔😔😞☹️🥺😭😠. Please fix I believe in you. I want to fly again.

The breeze app will minimize by itself after the first screen. You can’t fly a drone if the app keeps minimizing, so it makes the drone useless with an iPhone

Bough a breeze 4K and the app , won’t work on any device . Contacted the company and the response .. the item is no longer available / discontinued .. And the 399.00 I pay goes where?

Can’t use without an app, iPhone app hasn’t been updated for 3 years and just immediately crashes.

This app needs to be updated by yuneec it’s unusable for newer iPhones it will crash every time upon opening
